Refund & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a fair and straightforward refund and exchange process under the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online orders).
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods, personalized/customized items, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
4. Exchanges
